3. *Shipping or Self-Delivery*: You have the option to either ship your mobile phone to our 'HPNCOM Mobile Repair Center' or personally visit our center at the following address:

4. *Repair Timeframe*: Typically, we aim to complete the repair of your mobile phone within one day. Our customer service team will promptly contact you to explain the situation and discuss possible solutions.

5. *Shipping/Postage Charges*: If your mobile phone requires repair and payment has been made, 'HP NCOM' will cover the shipping/postage charges. However, if your mobile phone does not require repair, you will be responsible for the shipping/postage fees. These fees will be deducted from the payment you've already made, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you via bank transfer or electronic wallet.

6. *Promotional Offers*: Please check our website regularly for information on 'HP NCOM's' free delivery promotions and special offers.

7. *Delivery Times*: During peak sales or promotional periods, there may be a slightly longer delivery time due to the increased volume of online orders.
